I paid for an upgrade to Pro and received more tokens, but my account still shows that I’m on a hobby plan so i cant add team members.

By tokens, do you mean v0 credits? OR are you referring to upgrading to a Vercel Pro team? Either way, I believe the best way to help ya out here would be if you can raise a support case via Help since I will require more personal details (e.g. invoice number) to fully triage the issue at hand.
