Whenever a payment issue is involved, it’s best to create a new case so our billing specialists can help you get it sorted. They have access to tools and account info that will let them dig into the issue and solve it. And a case will give you a more private line of communication so your account and payment details aren’t posted in public.

Continuing the discussion from I am having trouble with my account. I paid for an upgrade but got a an error saying that payment failed. My bank has accepted the payment though. I can see the charge but do not have access to pro on v0.dev:
