Unable to upgrade free/hobby v0 account and link to Vercel

I have an account that was a Hobby account and link it to Vercel. But, I upgraded it to Premium to try improve the usage as it wouldnt add a database. But, it downgraded the account as it wont allow me to link v0 to current Vercel Teams and added a new account linked to the Vercel account, without keeping the vo link to my projects in Vercel. So, now I have multiple Vercel Teams with renewal all in March that you cannot cancel with immediate effect or link to the account on v0 that has all the projects. And you cannot transfer projects so they are stuck unable to be developed. You have to request a refund which you dont get as support dont respond, so its a lose-lose to upgrade beyond Hobby.

Is this a bug in v0 and Vercel? Its a problem as all my projects are now sitting on the downgraded Hobby account as it wont all a Hobby or Free account to upgrade to a Team account. Madness!!!
