I created my account in September to test the service and eventually moved on without building anything because we’re not yet in dev stage.
Now I’m totally confused: we were billed an auto-renewal, even though we DON’T have an active project, and we can’t cancel because… again, we don’t have a project.
Next, we cannot get in touch with support, the form requires to say for what project, and, as you can guess… we don’t have a project to give.
I’m interested in coming back eventually but we need to solve this issue and refund the charge please.
I’m being billed when I don’t have an active project, which I thus, cannot cancel.
Hello and welcome to the community, @frenchfilm-hotmailco. I know billing issues are particularly frustrating and time sensitive. I’m trying to look into this issue for you, but I don’t see any Pro team associated with your account.
No project is required to upgrade or downgrade a team between Hobby and Pro plans on Vercel. If you see an error stating otherwise, please let me know so I can file a bug report.
Given the available information, I suspect this is actually a v0 subscription question. In that case you should be able to manage or cancel your subscription from v0.dev/subscription
If you still have trouble managing your v0 subscription, you can open a case to get help from the billing experts. Make sure you choose v0 under the heading “What product are you having problems with?”. That way the ticket will be sent to the right internal team and you won’t need to choose a project.
As a last resort, you could create an example project from one of the available templates as a placeholder to get you unstuck. Then you would have a project available to select if absolutely necessary. I know you’ll want to get this handled as quickly as possible.
