I upgraded to Premium but still shows Hobby

I need to submit a support case bc my site is producing deployment errors. I cannot submit a support case bc my account shows ‘hobby’ but I upgraded to ‘premium.’

Hey @mike-returnonener. I don’t see any active subscriptions for this account. Please make sure you’re signed in the the right account and verify that you completed the full upgrade process with valid payment info.

If you still need help, you can always open a case for any billing issues you encounter no matter what plan you’re currently on. Make sure you let them know whether you’re asking about a v0 plan or a Vercel team and note any other info you have that can help the team figure out what went wrong.
