Dear Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on a refund request for an accidental purchase of v0 Credits made in March 2025. I previously submitted a support ticket earlier today. but have not yet received a response. Due to the urgency of this matter, I am reissuing this request for immediate assistance.

Details of the Issue:

Intended Purchase: $20 Subscription Plan
Actual Purchase: $200 Subscription Plan (v0 Credits)
Transaction Date: Paid March 11, 2025
Order/Transaction ID: 0602C847-0002
The error occurred due to “a misselection during checkout”. As the $200 charge is financially significant to me, I kindly ask for a full refund of the accidental purchase.

I completely understand that response times may vary, but given the urgency and financial impact, I would deeply appreciate your prioritization of this case. Please let me know if any further details are required to expedite the process.
