Regarding our website www.euxilia.com it looks like the SSL certificate is stuck on “Generating SSL Certificate”, it was working for months without any issue, as mentioned in other articles I tried adding the CAA record for letsencrypt but nothing changed, any idea?
Hi @cloudnova. It looks like the domain isn’t configured quite as expected. I see that the DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool points to Vercel’s address as normal, but the CNAME record for www.euxilia.com points to euxilia.com. That CNAME could be causing the problem with certificate generation. Try using cname.vercel-dns.com as recommended in the custom domain setup documentation.
We have some additional info about common SSL certificate issues on the domain troubleshooting page. If updating the CNAME doesn’t help, I recommend trying the tips there. Here’s some links to make that faster in case you need them:
