I need refund

Last month, I subscribed to the Pro Plan just to test the monitoring features. This month, I was automatically charged, but I do not intend to use it anymore. I have downgraded the plan, but I was still charged $20. Can I get a refund? Invoice number: 4CD5FB80-0002.

I couldn’t find any other way to contact you, and today is the first day of the automatic charge. Since I have downgraded my plan, I no longer have access to the ticket creation portal.

Everyone is able to open an Invoice Enquiry case regardless of their current plan type. You may need to tell the AI assistant that you’re seeking help with a billing or invoice concern.

Opening a new case there will get you in contact with the billing specialists who can investigate the invoice for you.

I can’t figure out how to do it.I can’t find open ticket entry.I provided the AI with the invoice ID and the required information, but I am not sure if it successfully created a ticket since no ticket ID was returned.

Did you fill in a form to create a case, or only talk with the AI?

If you’re not able to see the support form, please tell the AI I have a billing issue and it will show you a form that you can use to open a new case.
