Upgraded to Teams

I have the $20 month premium plan and just upgraded to the $30 a month teams plan for myself only to find my projects and chats were not transferred to the teams area to continue the project I was working on and wanted to continue since I ran out of messages. Am I doing something wrong?

PS

I also just got charged again for the $20 plan it would seem.

Hi,

Could you create a Billing ticket using Help so our team can check this?

I’m not clear on how to create the ticket. I see the community option and the non-helpful ai option.

Also please don’t mark this as solved as I also need help with my first question related to the billing, that was rude.

Hey @jaceg. Sorry for the confusion. The AI assistant can help you create a new ticket. It just takes a few steps

  1. Choose your account in that dropdown
  2. Describe the problem in the chat window. (Make sure you tell it the issue is with your v0 plan)
  3. The AI assistant will share some info and a Create Case button will appear below the chat.
  4. Click the Create Case button and the AI assistant will attempt to autofill relevant details
  5. Review the form to make sure the details are correct, then click the Submit Case button.

Please let us know if you run into any further trouble with it!

Okay my ticket was submitted. Can someone please help me with the other part of my question?

I want to use the teams account with the chats/projects in my personal account? Is that possible?

Hi there,

If you are on Pro plan, you can deploy anything you want as long as it adhere our Fair usage guidelines. Let us know if you have any question.

My question was not about deploying.

Thanks for creating that ticket.

You can use the “Share” feature to let your team access an existing chat from your personal account.

Ah, okay thank you. So if I run out of messages on my personal account I could share it, open it in my teams account, and then fork it and edit it there, and if I run out of messages there I could share it, then fork it and bring it back to my personal account, and then so on and so forth?
