Tokens/billing issue with v0.dev

Account ran out of tokens and says there’s a billing issue, but the card is valid and works fine. I also purchased extra tokens twice, and received a success message, but they don’t appear in my account.

I have 3 questions;
Why don’t I have any tokens in my acount?
Why is my card showing to have failed payment when I see no issue with and and I do see a payment on my end?
Why don’t I see the extra 4500 tokens I tried to buy ad-hoc and saw a success message for (although I don’t see a charge on my card) ?

*Note: Also a little frustrated that I can’t open a support request without a Project. I don’t need a Project for my use.

Hey @jonathanaulson-allat. Since this problem involves a billing issue, could you open a new Invoice Enquiry case from Help page? That will assign a ticket to our billing specialists who can help investigate what’s going wrong.
