Still getting billed every month for my deleted account

I recently deleted my pro account to create a new one. But i am still getting billed every month for my deleted acount.
Still I am not getting any update from the vercel team. on my case

Tried reaching support, emails No effect they are just circling me around. with no solutions.
my case number is #423609 .

Hoping someone from the billing department gets this message.
