Hey @raorizwanreact. I’m not able to properly investigate invoice issues, so you did the right thing opening a case.
From what I am able to see, 5 other people joined your team in the last 4 weeks and were removed recently. I imagine that’s why they appeared on your invoice, but one of the billing specialists will be able to investigate and explain the exact details much better than I can.
I see your ticket in the queue and expect that one of the billing specialists will be available to help you soon.

I’m not able to issue refunds, but one of our billing specialists will be able to investigate the situation and help in any way they can. They are currently working through a high volume of cases and will resolve your case as soon as they can.
