I have a domain “example.com” I bought it from namecheap and I hosted it on vercel using the custom dns, I created a sub-domain learn.example.com to use with easywp.
EasyWP doesn’t directly support sub-domain so I was required to request for freeDNS, I’ve been trying to get SSL certificate for the subdomain, I’ve moved from namecheap support to the AI here on vercel I’ve not been able to get a solution.
Please can anyone be of help?

From relevant documentation:
SSL certificates are issued from a certificate authority (CA) for each domain. While it is possible to create and upload your own custom certificate, Vercel will automatically try to generate a certificate for every domain once it is added to a project, regardless of if it was registered through Vercel or not. However, it will only work once the certificate validation request is successful, which happens once DNS records are added and propagated.
