Why PhoneScreen.AI?
Screening candidates is a critical yet time-consuming step in the hiring process. Typically, a 15-30 minute call with a recruiter serves as a quality filter before candidates proceed to interviews. But what if this step could be fully automated?
With PhoneScreen.AI, companies can upload a job post, and our AI parses it to generate relevant screening questions. The AI agent then calls candidates at their convenience—24/7. After the call, the entire conversation is transcribed and scored, with reasoning provided for each score.
