I purchased a domain from Vercel, the payment went through and my Indian credit card was charged, but Vercel reported an error and I don’t have access to the domain.
I raised a support ticket a couple of hours ago. I see reddit discussions saying Vercel support is slow to respond, which is understandable. However, can’t the refund related tickets be prioritized? It’s really frustrating to just wait not knowing if I’ll get my money back. It’s also scary to think this might happen again if I purchase anything from Vercel.
