Issue with Domain Redirect for "navigateco.ca" on Vercel

Dear Vercel Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the domain configuration for my site hosted on Vercel. Specifically:

  • The domain https://navigateco.ca is not working.
  • However, https://www.navigateco.ca and www.navigateco.ca are working perfectly fine.

I have tried several solutions I found online, including adjusting DNS records and domain redirects, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in resolving this so that https://navigateco.ca functions correctly alongside the other domains?

Thank you in advance for your support. Let me know if you need additional information to troubleshoot this issue.

Hey, @igudy!

I just checked all domains and it seems to be working for me. Can you share a screenshot of what message you see?

this is what i get for https://navigateco.ca

then this is what i get for https://www.navigateco.ca

That is odd! I did a dig on your domain as well and it all looks fine.

Could you try these steps?

  1. Clear your browser’s DNS cache
  2. Check if the SSL certificate is properly issued for both domains in your Vercel dashboard
  3. Verify there are no conflicting redirects in your domain settings

If the issue persists, could you share:

  1. The SSL certificate status from your Vercel dashboard

As I said, I see both fine on my end :eyes:

I cleared the browser’s DNS cache, its still not working
This is the certificate screenshot

And there are no conflicting redirects

PS: I’m not from Canada, but the website was made for my client in Canada; is it possible that’s the issue?

No - I don’t think that is an issue.

Out of curiosity, if you try with a VPN do you see the site resolve?

Wow. It works with vpn.

That’s very strange.

Ah, it looks like your IP may have been blocked. Can you review the following post?
