Dear Vercel Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with the domain configuration for my site hosted on Vercel. Specifically:
- The domain
https://navigateco.ca
is not working.
- However,
https://www.navigateco.ca
and www.navigateco.ca
are working perfectly fine.
I have tried several solutions I found online, including adjusting DNS records and domain redirects, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
Could you please assist me in resolving this so that https://navigateco.ca
functions correctly alongside the other domains?
Thank you in advance for your support. Let me know if you need additional information to troubleshoot this issue.

Hey, @igudy!
I just checked all domains and it seems to be working for me. Can you share a screenshot of what message you see?

Could you try these steps?
- Clear your browser’s DNS cache
- Check if the SSL certificate is properly issued for both domains in your Vercel dashboard
- Verify there are no conflicting redirects in your domain settings
If the issue persists, could you share:
- The SSL certificate status from your Vercel dashboard
As I said, I see both fine on my end

I cleared the browser’s DNS cache, its still not working
This is the certificate screenshot
And there are no conflicting redirects
PS: I’m not from Canada, but the website was made for my client in Canada; is it possible that’s the issue?

No - I don’t think that is an issue.
Out of curiosity, if you try with a VPN do you see the site resolve?
