How to delete the team without losing the current domain

the pain started when i accidentally created a team. then all my commits were blocked from getting deployments, as vercel claim that i myself do not have the access to the project (while it’s my own repo). it’s extremely confusing and severely affected my workflow negatively. and there’s no such option to ‘allow’ my own personal account to access my own project. im starting to lose faith. Why? Why use the team to block the deployment from personal account?

while trying to reach out for help, AI answered:
Before proceeding, ensure that any projects or domains associated with the team are transferred to your personal account if you wish to keep them. If you don’t have anywhere to transfer your projects, you might need to download any necessary data or configurations before deleting the team.

but there’s no option for me to transfer my team setting to my personal account before deleting. so im stuck. could you just give the option to revert back to before creating the team?

There is no way to transfer projects and settings to a personal account. All projects belong to either a Hobby, Pro, or Enterprise team. It looks like you’re using on the Hobby plan with your own one-person team, so all of your projects should be managed within that team.

For repo access errors, it could be a permissions issue. Please make sure you’ve given Vercel repository permissions. It’s also worth noting that there are some special rules for GitHub Organizations and private repos (see Deploying private Git repositories).

If you have a custom domain that you want to move, you can follow these steps to transfer it: Transferring Domains to Another Team or Project
