Hobby Plan Paused due to a attacker(s) making millions of requests per second to my project

Hello amazing humans at Vercel,
I have a website that was actively used by a few hundred people a day, https://www.songsterr-downloader.com/

You can see the dedicated community this project had on reddit / github by searching Songsterr Downloader. (Also #1 on google)

Today i woke up to many complaints from my users stating that the website is down, and looking at my web analytics, i saw that a user from germany was making 300K+ requests per day

I have since enabled ‘i am under attack’ mode via the firewall pane, but is there anything I can the support team can do to enable the website again?

temporary quick fix is throwing up block all german traffic, not a perfect solution but works if you need something up immediately while awaiting proper support on firewall policies
