We tried load testing on of our Vercel links (without knowing that it will drain our resources). We tried to reach support@vercel.com, but there was no use.
It happened in Oct 22nd, 2024. We thought it will be resumed once the October month gets over and our account resources will be refreshed.
But, it didn’t happen. Our account is still in paused state.
For verification reasons, we need customer to contact us via the help page (as you need to be logged in to access this).
In general, I can tell you that load testing is not allowed on Hobby plan. You can read more about that here: What is Vercel's policy regarding load testing deployments?
