Account Paused

Hello!

Last month I increased the access on my website and I needed to change my account to Pro. But after my event, I canceled my plan to back again to Hobby because I don’t need the Pro even more.

So my account was paused.

I waited until the change of the month, to see if is only because my usage was high in the month, but my account still paused.

What I need to do? I payed for 1 month of pro, but used 3 days, canceled after that but the account is not working.

Hi @gabrnunes. The Pro plan uses a billing cycle that resets usage every month. Hobby uses a rolling 30 day window, so there isn’t a monthly reset. It’s always looking at previous 30 days from the current date. When you downgraded the plan, the team’s usage is still above of Hobby plan limits in that 30 day window.

It looks like your Hobby team’s usage fell below the usage limit so I was able to un-pause it. Please let me know if you have any trouble with it
