No pro plan paused account, reason skill issue

Hello. I was ddos’ed several times by Reverso for scraping them and I was too late to realize my plan limits were violated 10 fold on several metrics. I was explained that’s why my account was paused. My ignorance led to me abusing your servers and I want to apologize. Now as I’ve fixed the ddos issue, can I stay at the hobby plan and have my account unpaused?

The Pro plan uses a billing cycle that resets usage every month. Hobby uses a rolling 30 day window, so there isn’t a monthly reset. It’s always looking at previous 30 days from the current date. When you downgraded the plan, the team’s usage is still above of Hobby plan limits in that 30 day window.
