I’m sorry but Vercel can’t let you use domains that are already used on other accounts without the TXT verification.
I understand that in this case the domain is free and that’s why it must be used on the other account but TXT verification is required.
You can use your own unique .vercel.app domain and customize it from the project domains settings. Maybe you find something qexo.liziblog.vercel.app available.

This domain is in the PSL list.You should add it to the psl to fix the problem.
