hi i have problem adding custom domain to vercel. I can only access the custom domain website with vpn, my previous vercel.app domain is fine to access without vpn or vpn. Is there any things i can fix?

I can load the custom domain fine at my end, which confirms the setup is okay. Have you tried checking if your network (without a VPN) might have a firewall configuration that can be preventing access? Firewall is a broad term in this context and can mean a variety of things - ISP blocking access to the domain, DNS configuration, local software that prevent access to a specific domains, etc.
Easier thing to try first is switching to another DNS resolver:

The fact that you are able to access your project with a custom domain on a VPN network is an indicator that the implementation at Vercel is not a fault. Do you mind checking for firewalls?
