Can I transfer a domain from one hobby plan to another?

Thanks for your urgent response. Let me try to explain the problem better, maybe it will help.
The project is currently hosted on a Vercel account(Account A) during the early stages of development. Now that we’re done, we want it pointed to another personal account(Account B) on Vercel.
Whenever I attempt to assign the domain to Account B, I get an error that the domain is currently in use by another user(Account A, I assume), even after it has being unlinked from the project in Account A.
On Account B, It provided a TXT record that I could add for domain ownership verification but there’s no way I can add the TXT record unless the domain is already attached and active. I also can’t add it from Godaddy since it uses Vercel’s nameservers.
Also, while attempting to move the domain from Account A, the slug from Account B was not found. I don’t know if there’s something we are missing.
Please help me with any information you can. Thank you.
The domain verification error is shown because the domain is owned by a different team. You’re right that you would only be able to verify using a TXT record if the domain was not using Vercel nameservers.
The better option is to transfer the domain like @pawlean suggested. On the transfer screen you will only see the list of your account’s teams, but you can type or paste the other team’s slug if you do not belong to it.
When selecting the input field, you will be provided with a list of teams you belong to. If the profile or team you wish to move the domain(s) to is not present, enter the
slugvalue instead. You can find theslugvalue in Settings page for both profiles and teams.
