I have not yet heard back on my Domain Recovery ticket that I filed above with Billing via the Support desk.
I have opened a ticket to recover a domain that expired yesterday (the card wasn’t working, and I didn’t see all the email reminders). The domain I need to recover is https://ibvine.io/.
I have updated the card on file, which the Support team can charge and use. I need the Support team to recover the domain ASAP.
I would have expected domain recovery within such a short period of expiry to be accessible in a self-service manner via the Vercel platform, instead of having to wait for the Support team to triage and fix this (over the holiday season, no less).
