Payment failed on valid Mastercard ID Check required

We have just added a new Mastercard for payments. But the payment failed. I think it is because itentity verification (ID CHECK) is required. After adding Mastercard we usually need to confirm it via ID Check app. Vercel does not provide such confirmation. Is there a solution?
