My team (Team A) ran out of quota before and was paused. I have transferred those projects to a team (Team B) with a paid plan.
Is it possible to unpause the team (Team A) that previously ran out of data? I tried to submit a support ticket and it seems it can only be done with a pro plan.
For Hobby plans, usage is based on a 30 day rolling window - as this usage is outside the limits within this window, we are unable to unblock your account until it is back within limits.
I encourage you to reach back out using help form once your usage no longer exceeds limits and then we will be able to unblock your account. Please make sure you are creating ticket using Billing Product area.
I checked the Vercel Dashboard, and in the Overview, everything is under the free quota (see attached). So I believe the account should be unblocked for now?
