IP Blocking by Government Entity

Hello we are a global humanitarian nonprofit and are reaching out due to a very urgent issue. We are a global humanitarian nonprofit and are unable to accessing one of our vercel hosted pages using the domain bolo-pk.info from Pakistan.

We suspect that may be at domain level, but also could be a firewall rule in the country that is causing this, so we would like to know the options we have to use a different IP (maybe from a different datacenter) for this particular site or any other workaround we may use to fix this issue. This is a significant risk and harms a humanitarian program that helps 1000s of people everyday- any support from vercel would be greatly appreciated. We would love to have a direct counterpart to discuss this with as it may have multiple complicated steps.

@signpostproduct As a quick fix you can always shuffle your lambda region in https://vercel.com/[team]/[project]/settings/functions this should change the datacenter around so if it is an IP issue this should help and create only a minor latency impact.

Hi @signpostproduct!

Can you follow the steps in Resolving IP Blocking Issues?
