Domain renewal

One of my domains was not renewed due to unforeseen circumstances. I’ve already opened a case (#270737), but I noticed a note stating that hobby plans only receive community support. I’m concerned whether my case will be addressed in time before the domain is permanently lost. Thanks for your help.

Hobby customers can open tickets for any billing issues, since those cannot be safely solved in public posts. You did exactly the right thing by opening that case, and I see one of the customer success engineers is helping you. :smile:
