Domain Renewal issue on PRO plan

We have an open case for the past 5h Case ID: 304705

Our Domain expired 4d ago , the card on file wasnt able to process the transaction at that time.; that state has changed however we are unable to manually charge our card to renew the Expired domain.

We havent receive any help with this case and note our account is a PRO account hence we thought we would have a faster turn around time.

We are currently unable to receive any EMAIL at this time, this is a production Domain
