Domain Renewal

Hi, we would like to renew our expired domain on our production deployment. It expired just earlier this week and within an hour we have sent a support request. Unfortunately we did not have the auto-renewal on, but it seems quite unusual to not receive any email notifications about the domain expiring. We have sent a message to support but no response. Its unclear if there is any way we can receive responses from Vercel since we have no history of email correspondence or notifications. We use github for login. Any insight is appreciated.

I’ve had a look and can confirm that our team responded to both of your cases.
You should’ve received an email to the email account associated with your Vercel account. Additionally, the support cases and responses can also be seen in your Support Center.
