Hi there, from 14 days we had no problems with redirecting our domain which we bought from external domain provider. Today we got this following error that I attached below as file, I also setup correctly everything about domain I also attached below as file our domain configuration in vercel. I guess we got suspended from vercel and it creates domain dns problem, we would be glad to solve this problem asap. Can you please check what is going on ? We are sure that we setup perfectly in our domain provider vercel ns1.ns2 ?

We have a guide for troubleshooting domains that covers the topic in much more detail. I used some of the tips from that page to gather more info about your domain problem.
I checked the NS records and didn’t find anything. I also didn’t see anything for the A record or CNAME record for your domain.
Then I looked at the Google Public DNS query result. It shows a status of NXDOMAIN which indicates that query failed because the domain name couldn’t be found.
The Whois info shows that the domain was purchased with a different registrar, so I don’t have access to dig into the specific details on your account with them. You should reach out to your registrar for help. They’ll have access to your domain and account details to help you solve the problem.
