Can't Deploy properly NestJS Service

I have a NestJS service I’m trying to deploy.
At first, I thought it related to cors but after I fixed that, all I get from the client is 404, and its like the service never running/routes not exists…

Here’s vercel.json code & my scripts in package.json:
