Hello, I have two login options, one by email and second “Login by GitHub”, I realised these are two different accounts I have, and I have different projects being hosted in both of these accounts. So in my email account, i logged in my GitHub in that for importing repositories. After that, my “Login by GitHub” account just vanished, when I do Login by GitHub i am going to my email account because now I think my GitHub is liked with my email account. how can i access my “Login by GitHub” account, i need to transfer my domains and projects.
Not sure if this will work, but I wonder if you can temporarily remove the GitHub authentication from your email account (account-a). You should be able to do this in your account settings here: Login – Vercel
Then try logging in via GitHub from a separate browser or incognito window to see if it’ll take you to your other account (account-b). Hopefully this will let you transfer projects and domains and then go from there.
Thanks for the suggestion, @neversitdull. It might actually work. Nice workaround.
Just in case it doesn’t. We’re here to help.
Thank you for responding;
I am then getting the following message. I did try this before as well, the same issue occurred. This time I waited for about 30 minutes after disconnecting GitHub. logged out and back in after every step.
Hi @harsh-af, I’ve reached out to you using the private message feature on the community. Please share the details there and I’ll check how can we merge the two accounts.
