Can't access my personal account after using Vercel for work

I have (had) a personal Vercel account where I hosted some projects. A few months ago, I signed into a separate Vercel account where my former company’s site was hosted and every time I tried to log into my personal account through the GitHub method (to my personal dashboard) it would redirect me only to the company one. I removed my personal GH from that company in the settings and now when I try to log in with my GH again it says account not found.

Furthermore, when I created a new vercel I typed in my phone number it said it is already associated with an account. My sites are still live on the other account and when I try to log in by email it says no registered email address.

How can I resolve this please?

Hey @mbrock290-gmailcom. You can only have one Vercel linked with GitHub login at any time. When you connect GitHub to a new account, the previous login connection is removed.

You should be able to use email login instead. It would be the primary email from your GitHub account or whichever email receives your personal Vercel account emails.

If you’re still having trouble, the best thing would be to email us at registration@vercel.com. That way you can privately share the details of your account so the support team can verify account ownership and help you regain access.
