Vercel DNSSEC issue

i recently transferred a domain from squarespace (google domains) to vercel. when i try to connect a project with the domain, the following error is shown,

DNSSEC must be disabled

Your domain’s nameservers are pointing to Vercel, but you must disable DNSSEC with your domain registrar in order for your nameservers to resolve globally.

how do i resolve this?

Hi, @jonitjoseph!

There’s not much we can do on our side here. But I’m sharing some helpful docs for you from Squarespace:

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the update!!
i transferred in the domain to vercel. paid the renewal price as well. and the current registrar is vercel.

how can i disable dnssec? since i transfereed the domain from squarespace, the domain settings cannot be accessed and hence unable to disable using squarespace.

Isn’t there any way to disable using vercel domain/dns settings?

Hey!

We have reached out to our upstream provider to remove DNSSEC manually. We will update you as soon as it’s removed.
