Persistent "Invalid Configuration" Issue with Vercel Domain Setup

I recently purchased my domain through Vercel, expecting a seamless integration. However, I keep encountering an “Invalid Configuration” error despite following all the provided instructions.

The issue is as follows:

  1. The system instructs me to remove conflicting DNS records (e.g., a CNAME pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com.).
  2. After removing the conflicting record, I proceed to add the recommended A records as instructed (76.76.21.21).
  3. Immediately after making the change, the dashboard still reports a conflicting configuration, even though I have followed the exact steps given.

This cycle repeats endlessly, and my domain remains unusable. The instructions given by Vercel seem contradictory, and the system does not properly validate changes. I have waited for DNS propagation, refreshed the dashboard multiple times, and double-checked my settings, yet the issue persists.

This is extremely frustrating for a paid domain service. Vercel should provide clearer guidance, fix this misconfiguration issue, or at the very least, offer proper troubleshooting steps beyond the generic “Invalid Configuration” error.
