I am trying to access my app’s logs within a certain timeline. On the click of this button (outlined in red here), a calendar shows but its not responsive making it difficult to set the start and end time. Also, when logging via PC browser no button to confirm the time range shows up, so I can’t confirm the time range and nothing happens.
Even if I set start and end times in mobile view, the timeline is not getting updated.
Expected behaviour : The Calendar widget to be responsive and the start and end dates to get updated.
How to reproduce: Select any project in the dashboard. Navigate to logs tab and select the custom option in timeline. Click the button mentioning the time frame.
If I double click a different date or make a change to the time range, I’m able to change the runtime logs custom timeline (Arc browser on Mac). But I suspect there’s a browser/OS difference between your experience and mine.
Can you send a short screen recording, along with info about browser and OS used, so I can share it with the dashboard engineers for further investigation?
Apologies, I wasn’t precise in my writing, my issue is with the time range specifically, the date I can indeed change. But can’t confirm the time and therefore set that custom range.
Thank you for clarifying that! Would you be able to share a screen recording to show what you see?
It will also help our bug investigation if you let us know the name of the browser you’re using (e.g. Firefox 129.0.2, Chrome 128.0.6613.113, Arc 1.16.3) and the operating system of the computer you’re using (e.g. Windows 11, Windows 10, Ubuntu 24, macOS 14)
Question, if I’m in Hobby plan I cannot review logs of yesterday? Only the past hour?
That’s right. The Hobby plan includes 1 hour of logs with up to 4000 rows of log data.
