Does the support team also have this time off? A domain registration lapsed (despite auto-renew being enabled) on my primary email account… on Christmas day
I created a ticket yesterday but haven’t heard anything back yet in ~15 hours. Case number is #325666
We have big problem with my domain not being renewed therefore our entire stack (websites, email, chat, supply chain, Amazon support, etc.) is broken since 48 hours: support case #325262
I’ve already emailed to billing@vercel.com as well but got zero response, not from the ticket nor the emails I wrote. I’m trying on x.com now
