Error 404 PAGE NOT FOUND

Hey Developers,
I am new to making websites and all, and I was so happy to publish my first website and then… i went too it and it was page 404 not found. Is there any sort of fix to this?
Its just some simple HTML,CSS, and JS code. Its just a website with a log in and signup and shows the display of users. But I cannot seem to get it up.
