Domain - invalid config / no confirmation of purchase

Hi,

I purchased a domain on March 20th and I haven’t received any confirmation as well as ‘invalid configuration’. Seems to be a common issue from what I see from posts.

I’ve created support tickets as this is a complete blocker for me but haven’t had any response in 4 days.

Hi @jmh129, we’re sorry that you are facing this issue.

You did the right thing by opening the tickets. Although, we discourage filing more than one ticket for the same issue because it can delay tracking the case across two tickets.

I’d like to share that we are having an offsite this week so the on call support replies might take longer than usual.
