We have a domain/website hosted in Vercel which is failing DMARC and SPF because of which our domain name is being used in Phishing attacks, please help on what can be done here.
Host/Domain name - Ooblue.com
We couldn’t locate a valid DMARC record for the domain “_dmarc.ooblue.com”
Hello, you need to obtain DMARC and SPF records from the email provider which you are using to send email. For example here is the instruction for Sendgrid: What Is DMARC in Email (Understanding DMARC Records)? | SendGrid. Once you the value and set it as DNS for your domain, it should work.
Hi @swarnava - The report says the dns provider is vercel, not sure who the email provider is.

DMARC and SPF will always fail unless you explicitly set them. Therefore, this error is expected. You will only need DMARC and SPF if you use your domain to send email. For instance, if you use thomasjohn@ooblue.com, you should ideally have valid SPF and DMARC records to ensure proper email deliverability when you send outbound emails.
Unfortunately, we cannot configure DMARC or SPF on behalf of you as Vercel doesn’t provide email service as feature. We only provide hosting & domain registration. If you already have a subscription with an email provider such as Google Workspace, Postmarkapp, Sendgrid, Resend, etc., please contact their support team for further assistance on how to configure them and understand the expected value.
