Assistance Required: Lost Access to Team Due to Deactivated Email

Hello Vercel Support,

I need assistance regaining access to my Vercel team “Savio Fialho’s projects”. I’m the team owner but have lost access due to my original email being deactivated. I don’t have a recover email address configured.

Details to verify my ownership:

  • GitHub Username: @saviotx
  • Team Name: Savio Fialho’s projects
  • Current Active GitHub Integration: The team is currently connected to my GitHub account (@saviotx)
  • Issue: The team is linked to a deactivated email address, preventing my access

I can provide additional verification of my identity and ownership as needed. I’m currently trying to deploy through GitHub but receiving messages that I’m not a team member, despite being the original owner.

Please advise on how I can:

  1. Regain access to my team
  2. Update the email associated with my team ownership
  3. Restore my ability to deploy through GitHub
