Adding CNAME entry

Hi everyone,

I’ve transferred a project under my name last week and I’ve been trying to add a CNAME entry, but failed.

  1. I’m seeing the domain name when I manage the project’s settings
  2. I’m not seeing the domain name under /domains which seems to be the place where CNAME entries can be added

It’s the first time I’m using Vercel so appreciate any advice, thanks a lot!

Hey @tradingtracker247. I see that the domain uses Vercel nameservers, so it should show up on the dashboard. I had to do some digging to figure this one out!

It looks like you have a team member who owns the domain and added it to the project. They’re not an owner of the team so their domain isn’t showing up in the team’s Domains tab.

The team member can move the domain to the team so everyone on the team can manage DNS settings. Otherwise, they can manage DNS settings from their account’s level Domains list.
