Users in the US Reporting Issues

So basically I have a couple of users reporting that my app just hangs. I see the initial requests but that’s it.

They are all base in the US, so not sure if there is an issue there but I cannot seem to reproduce the hanging issue in any way.

I tried connecting to my app using two VPS machines in West and East coast but it also works fine.

Hi @jkgatt. Are your users still reporting problems? Any errors should show in runtime logs or the user’s browser console. It could be an issue specific to their network or local device.

Yes they are.

Basically was on a call with multiple clients and all have the same issues.

There is nothing in the console and the runtime logs look fine too.

I thought it could be an issue related to their network or device, but its multiple people in different locations.

Thanks for waiting. I hope this issue was temporary and that everything is working well now.

If not, can you confirm that the issues are limited to US customers? I’m trying to determine if it’s a regional issue, country issue, ISP issue, or something else not related to location at all.
