Failed to deploy block to Vercel
Hi, Addy! Nice to have you join us
Can you share the link to the block so that we can debug?
I’d like to also know if this only happens for a specific chat, or is it for every chat?
Did you get this issue resolve, just asking since I am also experiencing the same issue now.
Does your project involve environment variables? In the past, I saw this failed block error when environmental variables were not set. That seemed to fix it.
I am aware of the “Missing environment variables” which I plan to add as soon as possible. However, these aspect was present when I deployed the projects previously. So what has changed? I have also come across this same issue on the platform and non has being resolved.
Would appreciate if you could share your v0 link with me, if possible
@bijohn2-gmailcom @wwwadham-gmailcom Hey folks! Someone internally also ran into this issue, and what solved it for them was to create a Vercel Project for the chat. Might be helpful
Hi, i am facing the same issue. Last week i can deploy it running well, but recently we have updated more features than it doesn’t work any more. Here is my project link: https://kzmkbwir9fnum6rzcoyz.lite.vusercontent.net/ please advise what’s wrong? Thanks
Hello @namhay I reviewed the error associated with your chat. It looks like the Vercel linked project was deleted. Could you create a new project in the v0 chat and try to deploy once again? To do so:
- Click on the v0 project name next to the chat title. It will look like this:
Project Name / Chat Title
- Click on Switch Project
- Click on the New Project button
- Provide a name for your project and click Create
This will simultaneously create a Vercel project scoped to your default team and link the v0 Project and Vercel Project together. After creating the project, click on the deploy button → ▲ Deploy
Please let us know how it goes!
Can you please include a screenshot of what needs to be done? I simply do not understand your instructions. This is the same issue with many people on the platform and I am exhausted from trying to fix this with the deadline in a few days.
Hey there @bijohn2-gmailcom Absolutely, happy to help!
I’ve created a gif that demonstrates the above process
