Request to approve domain transfer

Hi! I’m trying to transfer my domain to CloudFlare. I’ve dialed in the auth code and now it is asking me to approve the transfer at “Tucows Domains” - but I haven’t received any email to let me approve it.

Could anyone help me out with this issue? I’d prefer not to have my website down for 4-5 days :sweat_smile:
