Hey @mistermadhu!

The domain troubleshooting guide has a lot of info to help you figure out why a domain or DNS record doesn’t appear the way you expect. I recommend that as a good place to start.

Having similar issues, followed all the instructions, have set this up many times using namecheap. the MX records are not populating properly or something. google MX dig checker tool and dig/nslookup cli tools both not reaching the servers. However, using mxtoolbox.com does work.

it looks like it’s working on googles end because emails are going to and from the domain name with google workspace. The google DKIM authentication isn’t working, I’ve tried it with both 2048 and 1024 DKIM keys.

Also, the google gmail setup tool for activating a domain in google workspace only says to add 1 MX record at smtp.google.com with priority 1. The default settings you guys have under DNS preset are deprecated maybe? idk I added both, are we not supposed to do that?

Do you guys have a guide for setting up vercel domains with google workspace emails?
