Microphone recognition issue on mobile windows

The microphone is recognized in Chrome on the PC.
However, after sending the link to the mobile phone, the microphone is not recognized in the Chrome mobile window even though the microphone permissions have been set.
What settings do I need?

It’s in Korean,
After dialing the number 01012341234, press the green button to move to the next screen. And when the red dot comes on, the microphone starts working from then on. If the microphone operates normally, a wave pattern and text will appear.
