I got this mail, free team -projects has used 100% of the included free tier usage for Fast Data Transfer (100 GB).
it that means that we cant deploy or we cant check the wep app in domain .verce.app?
Or just Vercel will use Data transfer instead of Fast Data Transfer and the domain .verce.app works and run slow?

It means that you’ve consumed all the Edge network bandwidth available in the Hobby tier. Because you have used the full quota available on the Hobby tier, the Edge network requests will be throttled and may lead to downtime for your users. It’s recommended to move to the Pro plan to continue growing your application and provide the best user experience.

I would also recommend checking the traffic patterns and see where most of the bandwidth is used to ensure you are using the features correctly.
